When you are ready, give us a call or send an e-mail to set up a time to visit your favorite locations. In this meeting we will go over specific pacakge and design options for each site and give you a chance to ask any questions.

Work with our catering director to set up your meal and beverage service, determine your rental needs and complete the following forms. Be sure to get the site plot and info form to your site manager as soon as possible; in most cases this will be Kat (kat@powersoregon.com).

If you plan to use a third party catering company please provide them with the following catering requirements. Remember, we must approve all 3rd party caterers in writing.

Once you complete your catering planning with our chef and send us the above forms you will be ready for the event day! Remember your balance is due 15-days before your event. Unless you mail us a check we will charge your payment card on file for the balance at that time.

If using a third party catering company be sure to visit the site with them in advance to determine the ins and outs of the venue. Your catering comapny will help run your event day timeline, all you have to do is show up and enjoy!

There is no wine minimum at this venue, however, all wine and beer must be purchased from Vista Hills. The caterer will manage your bar (set up in advance) and bill your card on file for the balance just after your event.
