Venue Marketing and Consultation: We are all fighting for the same business. This is why every successful event facility spends so much on marketing.

While some event sites enjoy the never ending challenge of marketing, most find the everyday task of selling their space to be their least favorite part of the business. Many simply don't know where to start... That is where we come in!

Our VENUE MARKETING service is a cost effective way to build your business; simply put, we eliminate the cost and confusion of showcasing your facility to the bridal marketplace. Our service is a proven solution that will increase your bottom line and save you time.

This Service Includes:

Strategic Planning and Consultation: We work with your facility to develop a comprehensive growth plan based on your goals. We evaluate the market place and determine the ideal price for your facility, then work with you weekly and in bi-monthly meetings to modify this plan as market conditions change. We also provide regular performance and lead tracking updates.

Complete Phone and E-Mail Support: As a Powers client you enjoy hand off lead marketing and management. All clients interested in your facility will contact us directly via a specific 'virtual' phone number specifically selected for your facility. We will also set up an e-mail address for your leads. Once in contact with Powers, we will promote your facility only until the client either books your space, or we determine that they are not a viable client for your facility. In addition, if you send us a lead that ends up booking with another Powers venue, we will pay you $250 for this client.

Website and Image/Video Media Developement and Management: Powers will develop a web page specific to your facility and showcase this page in a number of places on our website and others. We will also create a high level walking tour of your facility and other image media for marketing purposes. We can even set up your space with a live web camera feed so that potential clients can literally visit the site via the web!

Property Tour Management and Staffing: As part of our marketing product Powers will either staff all sales tours or provide sales training to your staff!

Full Service Marketing: We handle all marketing, lead generation and management from the first contact to the contract execution. Simply put, we hand you a contract and a client.

Robust Web, E-Mail, Print, Social Media, Trade Show and Industry Association Marketing: We spend tens of thousands of dollars marketing your facility, including a full page listing in Bravo, Oregon Bride Magazine, Portland Bride and Groom Magazine and others. Web listings on egala.com, bravo.com, theknot.com, oregonbride.com, weddingwire.com, facebook.com, commonsynergy.com and more. Premium banner ad listings on bravo.com (mainpage) and theknot.com. Representation at the Rose City Bridal Show, Both Bravo Wedding Shows, The Portland Bridal Show and many other bridal and trade shows. Representation at all major industry association groups such as NACE, Wine Country Wedding Professionals, Wedding USA and ABC. Regular targeted bulk e-mailings (monthly) to thousands of potential clients.


Client Event Management (pre, day of and post event):

Many of our clients do not want to run a wedding facility. Our event management product gives you the piece of mind of knowing that your events and clients are being well cared for without having to personally oversee each event.

You select your planner from our partner vendor team of experts. This individual will master the details of your space and learn how you want your events to operate. Once a client books your space, instead of turning this client over to you, we will connect them with your selected site manager; this professional event planner will work with your client to insure a hassle free experience!

Full management clients also enjoy working with a pre-screened team of catering and event professionals or the business team of your choice!
