When we get this agreement we will reserve your items and set up your account. Our warehouse manager will contact you soon to confirm all rental items and arrange delivery of your items.
RENTAL TERMS
By entering YES into the boxes below you agree to the following rental terms. You understand that all rented items must be return in good working order or you may be charged to fix or replace them. All items must be clean upon return, except linens and dish/glass ware (these items must be rinsed or shook free or food items but not cleaned). You agree to pay full replacement for any damaged or lost items and authorize WES to charge any such fees to your credit card on file.
This form must be filled out to reserve your items however you may make changes to this reservation at any time. Changes made within 72-hours of your event may not be possible. The balance is due 14-days before your event. We will charge your card on file for the full rental amount (or outstanding balance) on or after that day. If you wish to change the card on file please do so by phone.
If you don't get a confirmation reply when submitting this form we did not get your agreement. Please call to confirm your order and billing information to avoid errors.
