The following inventory items are provided via our food provider. If you use a 3rd party caterer there is a $1000 or $10/guest fee (what ever is less) charged to cover increased management costs, insurance, tables and chairs (per the below list). No other items are included when using a 3rd party catering company. All catering ware and linens must come from your food provider and can be rented from Willamette Event Supply for a very low rate.
