Our Mission Statement

Willamette Event Supply is dedicated to proving wedding rental services at a fair price, giving every client direct personal attention with an awareness of their specific needs.


Our Clients

Our clients are couples using either Powers Photography Studios or Powers Oregon Company for their wedding day needs. We also provide discounted service for 2-3 other couples per week. We do this to keep our size small and provide excellent personal attention.


Donation Program

We donate a percentage of every dollar we make to various environmental causes.


Rental Company Partners

In order to provide a full ranges of rental items we can easily provide items from other rental companies along with our own! We often get a discount and alwasy pass this savings along to you. If your estimate or invoice includes an item titled "outsource" it will note the rental partner from whom this item is coming.

Keep in mind, if we need to use inventory from a rental partner we would only use one partner per job. We will contact this partner and set up an estimate in your name for the items included on your estimate/invoice from us. Please be sure to contact this business using the number provided and firm up that part of the order and to make pick-up or delivery arrangements.

Though we rarely need to use a partner rental company in order to complete an order, this policy insures that our rates are alwasy the lowest around while at the same time offering a very large selection.
